AI Business Analyst (Senior/Mid)

We are seeking a highly capable AI Business Analyst to lead the scoping phase of an exciting Smart City AI Integration project. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, urban planning, and cross-border collaboration with an established smart city technology partner from Shanghai, China.

You will be the primary bridge between our Shanghai-based technology partner (who brings proven IoT infrastructure, CCTV networks, drone systems, and urban analytics platforms) and local Malaysian city council stakeholders. Your mission is to understand both sides, identify the highest-value AI integration opportunities, and produce a comprehensive scoping document that will serve as the foundation for the state's digital transformation roadmap.

This is a 6-month contract position.
