Responsibilities
- Working with cross‑functional teams to identify and apply AI solutions to workflows and processes.
- Analyzing workflows to define problems and identify and prioritize AI use cases based on value, impact, feasibility, and risk.
- Coordinating AI solutions by documenting requirements and supporting design, configuration, and rollout with cross‑functional teams.
- Contributing to business cases, cost‑benefit analyses, and implementation plans.
- Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitoring usage and performance of AI‑enabled tools to identify improvement opportunities.
- Helping build user confidence and capability with AI‑enabled tools through training, guidance, and ongoing support.
