AI Agile Coach – AI Strategy & Governance Rollout (North America) Overview CITI is establishing a centralized AI Strategy & Governance function within Services, reporting into Sudeep’s organization. To support the initial rollout, the team requires two highly experienced AI Agile Coaches located in the United States or Canada, with the expectation that the coaching team will expand as adoption scales.
These individuals will play a critical role in defining, implementing, and scaling AI governance, AI Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) practices, and operating models across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the rollout and adoption of AI Strategy and Governance frameworks across Services.
Coach teams and leaders on AI Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and AI-enabled delivery practices.
Establish governance processes, controls, and execution mechanisms for AI initiatives.
