The role focuses on streamlining daily tasks, supporting teams, and building better practices with clients. You will work in diverse roles in customer projects, supporting transformation in clearly defined areas. You will work closely with teams and management, coaching them in agile and lean principles and developing practices. You may act as Scrum Master or project leader, collaborating with product owners, project managers, and other key roles. You will facilitate work, workshops, and decision-making, promoting understanding and smooth cooperation between teams.
