Responsibilities

• (30%) Assist in implementing programs and projects of the officer
• (30%) Implements and performs researches on all areas of human resource management and development and financial management
• (15%) Prepares terms of reference, periodic reports and other communications
• (15%) Provides technical assistance to various operating units
• (10%) Perform other related functions
