Duties & Responsibilities :
Coordinate all the activities of the project, be an interface between the vendors and the Architect /consultants and ensure no over runs in the project. Protect execution as per Architect's diagrams; ensure high quality standards in execution. Coordinate activities for interiors, low side services, Furniture, SMEP etc from design to execution and handing over. Coordinate the submission and completion drawing with the architect and interfacing the authorities for requisite information.
