Take responsibility for overall performance of the Commercial Department , Legal and Statutory compliance by adhering complex rules, policies and procedures that regulate our business practices.
*Job Responsibilities:*
1. Ensure Legal and Statutory compliance with regard to all activities connected with Customs, GST, SEZ, MOOWR, DGFT, Foreign Trade and Central Excise departments by filing all Returns on time, paying applicable duties and taxes, following the rules & procedures etc.
