Agile Solutions Manager

The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Agile Solutions Manager to support a complex cross-functional program within the Air Dominance organization for program A-MH in Berkeley, MO.

This role will work across program segments and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to coordinate, standardize, and improve execution practices across the program. The Agile Solutions Manager will lead the Agile Steering Committee, with representation from all program segments, and will be responsible for standardizing and leading quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning, aligning sprint execution, and using metrics to inform program execution and decision-making.
