A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Agile Scrum Master
Position type: Full-time, Contract
Duration: 12+ months
Location: 3 days onsite in a week in Chandler, AZ
As an Agile Scrum Master, you will:
Required Qualifications:Strong ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure where none exists Expertise in requirements analysis and translation into execution plans Deep experience with Agile (JIRA and Confluence) delivery frameworks and Jira tooling Advanced skills in Excel-based planning, modeling, and tracking Proven ability to design scalable documentation and delivery frameworks Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment skills Analytical, structured thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
