• Coach Teams and Leaders: mentor teams and leadership on agile principles, fostering a mindset that supports agility and adaptability at scale.
• Guide teams in adopting and scaling agile frameworks such as LeSS, , or Kanban.
• Align Strategy with Execution: work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and leadership to maintain alignment between strategic objectives and team‑level execution.
