• Facilitate Agile ceremonies as a servant leader to newly formed Service team.
• Support the team in maximizing their full potential without coercion, assigning, or dictating who does the work or how it is carried out.
• Identify impediments, resolve conflicts, and remove obstacles that occur.
• Coach the team on how to use the Agile framework, and guide them to greater Agile maturity (being Agile vs doing Agile).
• Help build a productive environment where team members feel a collective responsibility, and are able to voice opinions and concerns.
• Partner with Product Owner and Service Owners to handle backlog and new requests.
