Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies as a servant leader to the newly formed Service team and support the team in maximizing their full potential without coercion.
- Identify impediments, resolve conflicts, and remove obstacles that occur.
- Coach the team on how to use the Agile framework and guide them to greater Agile maturity.
- Build a productive environment where team members feel a collective responsibility and can voice opinions and concerns.
- Partner with Product Owner and Service Owners to handle backlog and new requests, ensuring deliverables meet acceptance criteria and quality standards.
- Act as the point of contact for the team and effectively manage business expectations in collaboration with the Product Owner.
- Communicate and coordinate with other Scrum Masters to orchestrate technical collaboration between teams where there are interdependencies.
