Job Description
Join the RAC as an Agile Delivery Lead and lead delivery across our web and mobile app teams, helping engineers and product teams move faster, smarter and with the support of AI-assisted and agentic AI coding.
You’ll play a key role in how we build and release our web and mobile products. Working closely with engineers, product and design, you’ll keep delivery focused, remove blockers and help teams make the most of modern tools and ways of working, including AI-supported and Agentic AI development.
What you’ll do
Lead agile delivery across multiple teams focused on mobile application development
Run events including sprint planning, stand-ups, retros and refinement sessions
Align priorities, people and delivery plans across teams
Coordinate releases to ensure smooth, high-quality deployments
Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers and Testers
