To perform day-to-day operations, carrying out booking activities and perform timely billing timely and accurately and provide good customer service with close working relationship with our service providers.

1. Handle all shipment bookings via different channels of communication, example via phone call & emails
2. Attend to customers’ enquiries and provide quotes for freight charges via email wherever necessary
3. Ensure all data (required by Operations Performance Assessment - OPA )are entered into Expeditors Transport Management Systems (ETMS) timely and accurately
4. Provide truck details promptly and give timely feedback to customers on freight status.
5. Ensure that system KPI events are updated promptly and on time.
6. Check on customer credit status and established rates before shipment arrangement
