**Reservation Agent**
Work Place: Holiday Inn KyotoGojo
**Job Summary**
In this position, you will be responsible for managing reservations (recording and processing) and optimizing room sales.
**Key Responsibilities**
【Reservation Management】
・Use the hotel's reservation system to manage individual or group reservations via telephone or in response to requests from within the hotel.
・It process bookings from sales departments, reservation centers, and travel agencies/wholesalers, and apply appropriate travel agency fees.
・It process reservation cancellations, changes, and updates quickly, maintaining the accuracy of your bookings.
【Revenue Management】
・It will follow existing procedures and upsell rooms as much as possible to maximize the hotel's average room rate.
・It aim for full occupancy by utilizing revenue management strategies.
・During periods when items are sold out, we suggest alternative dates to minimize lost revenue opportuni...
