Job Description

Responsibilities
 :Manage purchase order placement and administration of related activities (receiving, snags, invoices, inventory, safety stock . 
Analyze delivery delays and prioritize supplier deliveries to minimize the impact on the production chain 
Manage the short and long-term operational plan (retrofit, shortages, 
Monitor supply chain performance (reception, stores, transport, shipping, and manage discrepancies 
Ensure supplier interaction (on-site or remote visits) with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive measures 
Build strong relationships with internal teams such as Supply Chain Quality Management (SCQM), Compliance Management (CM), Engineering, Methods, Quality, Production and Strategic Procurement. 
Manage non-quality parts (Repair, Returns, 
Provide global visibility of stock levels. Obtain and follow supplier action plans to maintain optimal levels
