Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in monitoring freight to ensure timely arrival and accurate, timely customs declarations for final delivery to consignee within specified timeframe.
- Follow up on inbound shipments and ensure timely delivery to consignee.
- Monitor flight/vessel arrivals and provide timely feedback on arrival information to customer.
- Ensure compliance with Pharmaceutical & Healthcare requirements as per GDP/GDPMDS regulations and directives.
- Report any shipment discrepancies to customers and origin offices promptly.
- Complete customs competency tests and file customs entries when necessary.
- Ensure all paperwork is in proper order, meets customer profiles, and complies with local rules and regulations.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators on customs entries within customers' requirements; comply with Singapore Customs and other competent authorities.
