Agent Customer Service (Emiratization)

This role provides support services to residents and companies who are seeking information relating to Tasleem cooling services. This will include providing customers with accurate information and assisting with the fulfilment of cooling service contracts and processing payments.

Key Accountabilities

Customer Support

• Present a professional and courteous attitude when engaging with customers.
• Recognise when a customer’s query requires escalation and facilitate through the established protocols as well as remain the primary contact for the customer from engagement to resolution.
• Minimise the need to revert to a customer for administrative purposes but ensuring that new contracts, payment receipting and application processes are followed step by step and accurately.
