Verify the accuracy and completeness of consignment instructions provided by shippers.
Coordinate with the Gateway and Warehouse teams to confirm load plan summaries to ensure completion before airline cut-off times.
Prepare house and airline air waybills, along with other shipping documents, in a timely manner.
Issue invoices accurately and complete consolidation settlements within the required timeframe.
Monitor flight departure schedules and update the system daily.
Handle general inquiries from internal departments, customers, and overseas offices professionally.
Support 24/7 operations through shift duties (with allowance) and maintain skeleton workforce during exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather conditions.
