Job Description
Coordinate bookings with carriers and vendors based on customer requirements.
Arrange cargo and document collection, and maintain accurate system updates.
Process bookings in accordance with SOPs or customer’ procedures.
Respond promptly to enquiries from customers, internal departments and overseas offices.
Follow up on HAWB and invoice issuance to shippers with payment collection.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Maintain accurate and timely shipment records and documentation.
Support customer meetings, presentations, and visits when required.
Identify and resolve operational issues to enhance service quality.
