Agency Contests and Compensation Support Lead

The role is responsible for providing relevant data management and analysis in the area of agency incentives and agency compensation that will allow management to formulate and revise strategies through the implementation of campaigns and other campaign-related initiatives. The role will also supervise the Specialist 3 who is managing the end-to-end process for incentive appeals and incentive revalidation. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders – within and outside the Home Office organization in getting data requirements necessary for campaign analysis.

Careful review and analysis will be required in justifying how incentives are designed and how metrics will be measured. The same pre-planning analysis will be required post‑launch so lessons can be derived in designing future campaigns.
