AGENCY CHEF – MOSTLY MON – FRI

£17.93 per hour inclusive of holiday pay

37.5 hours per week

3 days off after your weekend shift

Typical shifts: 10:00-18:30 or 11:00-18:30

Gain experience delivering buffet-style catering for up to 90 covers

Manage and run a designated kitchen section

Prepare and present dishes to high-quality standards

Organise mise en place to ensure efficient service

Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards

Monitor stock levels, reduce waste, and control portions

Work closely with the wider brigade to maintain consistency
