Agency Channel Training Specialist (Contract Based)

Job Description:

• Support the execution of online and offline training sessions, ensuring smooth delivery according to the Channel Training Lead’s direction.
• Manage operational logistics including invitations, attendance, materials, facilities, and session documentation.
• Act as on-site or on-call PIC to ensure trainings run smoothly and on schedule.
• Coordinate with internal/external trainers and key stakeholders to ensure training readiness.
• Monitor pre- and post‑training data: participant database, pre-work completion, assessments, and evaluation results.
