**Afterschool Behavior Technician**
**Pay:** $25 per hour **Schedule:** Afterschool hours, Monday–Friday **Locations:** Multiple sites across California

We are seeking dedicated **Afterschool Behavior Technicians** to support students during afterschool programming. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with children, want hands-on experience in behavior support, and are looking for consistent part-time hours.
**Responsibilities**
+ Provide 1:1 or small-group behavioral support during afterschool activities
+ Implement behavior strategies under supervisor guidance
+ Support social-emotional skill building
+ Assist with homework, structured activities, and transitions
+ Collect simple data on student progress
+ Maintain a safe, positive environment
