Aftersales and Repairs Manager - Manufacturing and Production (Pretoria East) Market Related

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Aftersales and Repairs Manager to join our team in Pretoria East. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Trailer Industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems, prepare estimates for repairs and check if still in warranty.
• Liaise with customers in case of warranty issues.
• Offer customers a pre-assessment visit to confirm challenging problems.
• Follow up on parts orders and promptly inform customers of any delays.
• Create Repair Quotations and orders.
• Arrange booking reminders.
• Maintain accurate customer information.
• Monitor outstanding parts ordered and unpaid invoices.
• Develop, implement and monitor standards and routines, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness within the workplace.
