Position Summary: After School Behavioral Aide
The After School Behavioral Aide plays an essential role in supporting students during after-school programming by helping create a safe, engaging, and structured environment. Working under the supervision of the after-school program coordinator, site leader, or designated school staff, the After School Behavioral Aide assists with homework help, enrichment activities, recreation, and positive behavior support.
This position involves supervising students, facilitating group activities, ensuring safety during transitions, and reinforcing program expectations.
