The Warranty Specialist is responsible for the day‐to‐day administration, control, and analysis of warranty claims within the Spanish dealer network. Reporting to the Technical & Quality Manager, the role ensures warranty correctness, policy compliance, cost control, and timely resolution of dealer submissions, while supporting transparency and continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Warranty Claim Management
- Review and process dealer warranty claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with warranty policies.
- Validate labour operations, parts usage, and supporting documentation prior to approval or rejection.
- Ensure claims are handled within defined timelines and service level expectations.
Warranty Policy & Dealer Support
