The After Sales Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, responsible for supporting customers and partners after product delivery. This position involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues on electric bikes, performing maintenance and repair work, and conducting field visits to customer locations as needed. The engineer will provide technical support via phone, email, and in person, guiding users through troubleshooting steps and ensuring timely resolution of service requests. Responsibilities also include documenting service activities, reporting recurring issues to the engineering and production teams, and recommending improvements to products and procedures.
