- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and public address systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and testing of ELV systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with clients to address after-sales service requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
