Afrikaans Call Centre Team Lead - Customer Support

West Coast Personnel is seeking a client-focused call centre agent in the Table View area of the Western Cape. You will answer and manage customer calls, provide accurate information, and record interactions to ensure follow-up actions are tracked.

Qualifications include relevant call centre experience with strong references, a clear criminal record, and residency in Table View, Parklands or Milnerton. Afrikaans-speaking candidates are preferred and any medical knowledge is a plus.
