Job Description
General duties:
- Record attendance at work by using online and hardcopy attendance recording systems.
- Punctually operationalise Clinics or Sessions.
- Ensure the comfort and well‑being of the patients/customers.
- Handle daily transactions, booking and scheduling of appointments.
- Make post‑treatment courtesy calls to all patients/customers as part of the service excellence protocol.
- Follow up on patients/customers’ upcoming appointments.
- Responsible for explaining to patients/customers and ensuring they understand the benefits and procedures of the various treatments.
- Help patients/customers understand the costs involved in the treatments.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the treatment rooms and all areas.
- Responsible for inventory stock‑take.
- Maintain good customer relations with patients/customers, their families and referring healthcare professionals.
