The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Lean projects, facilitating Value Stream Mapping, and spearheading Continuous Improvement initiatives. Applicants should possess a Diploma in Aerospace Engineering or a related field, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma and tools like JIRA and Power BI will be beneficial.
