* Coordinate and supervise shop operations team, following the directions of the Planning and Manufacturing Engineering Department and Ops Leader
* Coordinate consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition
* Manage People presence in term of absence Hrs. within the shift
* Verify the completeness and the correctness of the documents (cycles, test plan, drawings)
* Make sure that all team members follow the safety rules (HSE)
* Organize talks on HSE issues, Quality, and improvement initiatives (i.e., Friday Projects)
* Collaborate with quality inspections on resolution of Nonconformity
* Make sure that the tools and equipment used are properly replaced at each workstation
* Support operators activities with expertise and facilitating technical discussion with UTOF and Engineering Department
