# About you
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: **Essential criteria** 1. PhD and first degree in a relevant subject (PhD submitted or completed by time of application).
2. Academic specialism in public policy and ethics.
3. Excellence in research-led teaching.
4. University teaching experience.
5. Ability to support students as module and personal tutor 6. Ability to supervise student research at BA, MA and PhD levels.
