Advisor, Customer Intelligence (Digital Architect)

The Advisor, Customer Intelligence (Digital Architect) is responsible for designing business processes that drive digital transformation, innovation, and automation to enhance customer experience, increase product adoption, and support growth. This position will be working hybrid and is based in Oriental Center building, San Juan, PR.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluate complex processes and systems to drive the design and re-engineering of features or products, leveraging optimized workflows.

Partner with agile teams to define epics and user stories with acceptance criteria, ensuring a healthy, prioritized backlog aligned with the roadmap.

Lead grooming meetings and provide guidance, support, and expertise to the development and testing team when needed to ensure proper implementation and sustainability.

Responsible for ensuring adequate and timely delivery of the product roadmap.
