Advisor - Contracts

• Manage and administer contracts for Large‑Scale, and Greenfields and Complex projects
• Must be available to start the first week of August 2026
• Hobsonville office based, fixed term/secondment until August 2027

The Advisor - Contracts is an integral part of the Commercial Infrastructure & Governance team, supporting the Programme Management Office (PMO) and wider Urban Development and Delivery group (UDD) to manage and administer a range of contracts across our portfolio.

The role will support the contract management and administration of Kāinga Ora’s Council Controlled Organisation agreements, traditional civil construction agreements and consultancy services agreements. The role will assist with and lead certain procurement activities, solely manage UDD land sale transfers and be responsible for updating and maintaining critical contract datasets and databases.
