Job Description
- Malaysian Only.
- Bachelor of Laws (or similar qualification).
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Procurement Contracts within Malaysia upstream oil and gas sector.
- Work Based: Kuala Lumpur.
- Estimated Duration: 1 – 2 years.
Working Relationship
- Internal: All contract holders/users & procurement team, Legal Department, Corporate Office Legal Procurement.
- External: Other PCS's, potential customers, contractors & JV Partners, External legal firms.
Responsibilities
- Support in contractual matters including but not limited to reviewing and drafting procurement contracts, contractual negotiations, tendering activities and post award issues, where necessary.
