Overview

The KIOS Foundation funds the human rights work of localorganisations in South Asia, East Africa, and Ukraine, and raises awareness of their work. The role includes managing funding, supporting grantees, monitoring grants, and contributing to communication and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Relevant masterdegree
• Knowledge of human rights and development cooperation
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Team skills and proactive attitude
• Excellent English
• Results‑based management expertise

Location & Salary

Full‑time, permanent based in Helsinki with possible travel to program countries. Salary approximately 3700 euros, based on the collective agreement for social services organisations (demand level 5).
