• Guiding various winter activities such as snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and skiing trips, showcasing the stunning scenery and nature of the area
• Ensuring the safety of participants during activities
• Sharing your knowledge and passion for nature, wildlife, and local culture to provide guests with unforgettable experiences
• Assisting in planning and organizing outdoor programs and activities

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in guiding roles in Lapland conditions
• Strong communication and interaction skills for working with different customer groups
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
