Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Services, the full‑time, temporary (1 year) Advanced Practice Clinical Leader – Pharmacy (APCL – Pharmacy) will standardize and optimize the clinical practice of pharmacists in order to deliver safe and evidence‑based care to inpatients and outpatients at CAMH.
As a member of the Pharmacy Leadership Team, the APCL – Pharmacy represents Pharmacy Services when liaising with physicians, nurses and other health‑care professionals, sharing its clinical knowledge, skills and experience to influence medication therapy management through collaborative participation in departmental and organizational committees, subcommittees, working groups and more.
