Job Description
Basic Qualifications and Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a similar field. Experience: 6-8 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a low volume, high mix environment. Experience in the aerospace industry is highly desirable;
experience in the automotive industry is acceptable. Certifications and Skills: APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma (preferably Green Belt or higher) Strong knowledge in DFMA&T (Design for Manufacturability, Assembly, and Test). Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project. Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on statistical data.
