Advanced Industrial Engineer

This position Lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes from the design phase , applying Lean Manufacturing principles and new technologies , ensuring optimal use of resources (layout, headcount, equipment) while meeting ergonomics, safety, quality, and cost standards .

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the design of the manufacturing system in each of its worksheets (Takt time, Time study, Machine capacity, Mixed model) with a Lean Manufacturing approach and ensuring the optimization of resources.
• Calculate standard hours in ECR (Cost Request), costs associated with material handling and equipment relocation cost (if applicable)
• Lead and/or elaborate Cost Request for machinery and equipment cost and calculation of standard hours. Design: plant layout, cell layout and standard layout, and communicate the process fl...
