Job Description

The goal of the Johns Hopkins Advanced Emergency Medicine Ultrasound Fellowship is to train the next leaders in the emergency ultrasound community. Upon completing their fellowship, fellows will achieve the skills necessary for ultrasound program administration, education and curriculum development, research, and advanced ultrasound skills to assist in clinical decision-making.

Objectives:

-ADVANCED EMERGENCY ULTRASOUND KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL: The fellow will gain proficiency in core and advanced ultrasound knowledge and skill, including the acquisition and interpretation of bedside ultrasound imaging, and clinical application.

o Fellow will be responsible for performing at least 1000 ultrasound studies in a variety of applications during the academic year.
