Job Description

Directs and plans the objectives of the department to promote the delivery of high-quality care. Develops and designs policies, services, and programs. Implements redesigned programs, and provides operational expertise.

Job Responsibility

+ Develops, implements and oversees administrative methods and procedures.
+ Develops and oversees program components and overall assessments of clinical activity.
+ Reports operational performance, justification and/or corrective actions.
+ Monitors expenditures to ensure operations are within budgetary limits.
+ Design and implements clinical performance improvement projects that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of patient care.
