We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our Wandsworth Community Adult Mental Health Services. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician to work autonomously at an advanced level, delivering high-quality, person‑centred care to individuals with complex mental health needs.
You will combine expert clinical practice with leadership, education, and quality improvement, playing a key role in supporting service development and transformation. As a senior clinician, you will contribute to improving outcomes, enhancing patient experience, and promoting integrated, multidisciplinary working across community pathways.
