3 Month Contract With A Local Authority Job Purpose To provide high-quality legal advice, representation, and support on a broad range of Adult Social Care matters. The role involves managing a varied caseload, advising clients on complex legal issues, and representing the organisation in litigation and court proceedings while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of Adult Social Care legal matters from instruction to conclusion. Provide timely, accurate, and practical legal advice to clients and stakeholders. Conduct litigation and represent the organisation in court and tribunal proceedings where required. Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, agreements, and correspondence.
