Admissions Representative

Job Summary:This role supports a smooth, professional admission experience for patients and families by completing registration and financial clearance tasks, coordinating information with clinical teams, and making sure all required details are accurate and ready before care begins. The work combines customer service, attention to detail, and collaboration with multiple departments across the hospital.

This position is located at our Thayer Center for Health in Waterville. Scheduled hours are Monday-Thursday 9:30am-5pm, Sunday 6:30am-3pm.


Job Description:
You’ll meet with patients or caregivers before or after admission to collect needed information, explain the steps involved, and answer questions with clarity and care. You’ll be in regular communication with provider offices, nursing staff, and other internal partners to confirm the right information, coordinate admission details, and support safe and efficient patient placement.
