As an Admissions Counsellor, you are the face of EU. You will guide prospective students and their families through one of the most significant decisions of their lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑touch, personalized counseling via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings. Transform enthusiasm into enrollment.
• Own the end‑to‑end journey, from conducting interviews and reviewing application materials to arranging campus visits and contributing to final admissions decisions.
• Achieve and exceed KPIs through efficient portfolio management and high‑conversion strategies.
• Represent EU at on‑campus and off‑campus events, enhancing brand visibility within the local and international community.
• Maintain precision in Microsoft Dynamics CRM data and provide vital market feedback to the Online Marketing Acquisition team.
