Admiral Nurse: Dementia Care & Carer Support Specialist

The Royal British Legion is seeking an Admiral Nurse (Kent) to provide specialist dementia care and support to families, in partnership with Dementia UK. This full-time role focuses on improving quality of life for people living with dementia and their carers, from pre-diagnosis through complex care needs, with a mix of home visits and remote support.

Responsibilities include dementia assessment, creating intervention plans, promoting relationship-centred care, and delivering training.
