Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and purchasing for workshop used items.
  • Work closely with service team for repair pump arrangements (from customer and to customer)
  • Track and update service activities.
  • Process SAP Service module – Delivery arrangements, Invoice creation.
  • Issue PO for all local and overseas purchases.
  • Perform GR for all items (non-stock) received in warehouse
  • Negotiation with local suppliers on local procurement.
  • Support and implementation of PVMY ISO 9001 quality system.
  • Ensure the safety and health standards are followed.
  • Any other support required by the Operations Manager.
